Bio
Dr. Kerry McGinn, DPT, E-RYT 500, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, yoga teacher, and integrative wellness educator passionate about bridging the worlds of science and soul. As the owner of Yoga Lee Studio in the Berkshires and founder of Live Good, Feel Good, Kerry helps people reconnect to their bodies through nervous-system-informed movement, fascial and lymphatic practices, and nature-based wisdom.
With a background as an athlete, trainer, and clinician, Kerry’s teachings blend anatomy, neuroscience, and creative sequencing with ritual and seasonal living. Her classes and trainings invite students to explore movement as medicine—an embodied practice that nurtures performance, recovery, and inner resilience.
Kerry is also a mentor for yoga teachers, guiding others to find their authentic voice, create trauma-aware and inclusive spaces, and weave science-backed principles into soulful teaching. Through her workshops and mentorships, she empowers others to root deeply, rise fully, and move through the world with embodied awareness and purpose.
