This live free online experiential workshop weaves together yoga philosophy, chanting, meditation, breathwork, and practical integration. Participants will explore the kleshas, the gunas, concentration and meditation practices, and teachings on freedom and liberation.
No prior scholarly study is required. Please have a journal, pen, yoga mat, and a quiet space available for reflection and gentle practice.
