Advanced Subtle Body

Advanced Subtle Body

The invisible architecture of being.

Who this is for

This training is for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners ready to explore the subtle body with both reverence and rigor. It's ideal for those who want to understand ancient energetic teachings—koshas, chakras, vayus, and more—within the grounded context of nervous system science.

Benefits

Students will develop a grounded, nuanced understanding of subtle body teachings—not as abstract concepts, but as lived, felt realities supported by nervous system science. They'll learn to recognize and work with energetic principles in themselves and their students, and to sequence practices for desired physical, mental, and emotional effects.

Through both theory and experience, they'll integrate ancient wisdom into modern teaching with confidence, depth, and integrity.
