This is for yoga students and aspiring teachers who want to deepen their understanding of movement, breath, and foundational yoga principles, whether as a first step in teacher training or as a standalone opportunity to elevate your personal practice.

This workshop helps students deepen their practice by exploring anatomy, breath, and energy. Participants learn safe movement principles, alignment for key postures, how to use breath to calm or energize, adapt poses to individual needs, and integrate foundational concepts like the koshas, Pancha Vayu, and Yama & Niyama for a mindful, empowered practice.
