Michelle Rae Sobi has been involved in wellness since age fourteen.  She specializes in mentoring Yoga Teachers to offer all levels classes so that anyone can attend, regardless of experience. She offers yoga teacher training nationally. Her yoga teacher training program has a five-star rating with Yoga Alliance with over one-hundred alum.
