This workshop provides compassionate tools for supporting children during a stimulating season. You’ll learn grounding practices that help kids feel safe, seen, and regulated. These skills also support your own well-being, reminding you to model calm presence during the busiest time of year.

Michelle Rae Sobi has been involved in wellness since age fourteen.  She specializes in mentoring Yoga Teachers to offer all levels classes so that anyone can attend, regardless of experience. She offers yoga teacher training nationally. Her yoga teacher training program has a five-star rating with Yoga Alliance with over one-hundred alum. She is a published author of The Yoga Asana Handbook, Yoga Snippets, and A Glimpse of Yoga.  She has presented at fitness conventions and her program was been nominated “Best Program.” She holds an ACE certification in Group Fitness, a Fitness Instructor degree, and numerous specialty certificates.  She holds the E-RYT 500 distinction and founded Edge Yoga School & Arts.
