Open to all Central Massachusetts and neighboring heart-centered practitioners, this offering is especially crafted for those called to the intersection of ritual, somatic awareness, and vibrational healing. Rooted in reverence for sacred practice and collective care, it holds intentional space for Black women seeking nourishment, restoration, and deeper connection through ceremony. Together we’ll weave gentle movement, sound, and reflective ritual practices to create a sanctuary of replenishmen

Char is the founder of CalmWired, a nervous system education platform integrating trauma-informed care, yoga, sound, science, & ritual, with over a decade of experience in somatic wisdom, evidence-based practices, & immersive sound, supporting balance, regulation, and resilience.

Char’s movement foundation is rooted in dance, corrective exercise, biomechanics, and a yoga practice spanning over twenty-five years. Her decade-long yoga teaching approach is grounded in alignment-based Vinyasa, influenced by the Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Baptiste lineages, and shaped by the breath-centered teachings of Desikachar. She holds multiple 200-hour certificates in Hot Power Vinyasa/Hatha and Yin Yoga, as well as a 200-hour certification from YogaWorks.
