Bio

Lynsey Ayala Rinaldi is a medicine woman, teacher, and the founder of Yabisi—a New York–based botanica and spiritual school dedicated to ancestral healing and earth-rooted wisdom. With over 20 years of practice, yoga has been a central pillar of her mind-body-spirit path. She is a certified 200HR Ganja Yoga instructor whose teaching lives at the intersection of plant medicine, Orisha-inspired yoga, and traditional yogic practice.

At the heart of her classes are asana, yin postures, and breathwork—tools that invite students into deeper states of presence, balance, and healing. Over the last eight years, she has become known for her signature Flow20 offering: a 60-minute yin practice that integrates cannabis medicine with sound and breath. She has shared Flow20 across the country, collaborating with dozens of practitioners and creating memorable communal healing spaces.

Through Yabisi and her yoga teaching, Lynsey holds space where plant medicine, ritual, and embodied practice meet, inviting students to return to their breath, their body, and their ancestral roots.
