Bio
Kirsten is the Founder and Chief Clinician of Path Wellbeing, a holistic wellness practice integrating Ayurvedic healing, yoga, and integrative nutrition. As a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist and certified yoga instructor (E-RYT 200/RYT 500), she brings a unique depth to her teaching, viewing yoga through an Ayurvedic lens that honors the interconnection of body, breath, and consciousness.
Her specializations include Marma Therapy, restorative yoga, and the practical application of the five Prana Vayus in daily life. Through her online platform "Elemental Flow" and workshops combining yoga, aromatherapy, and Ayurvedic principles, Kirsten guides students toward living in rhythm with nature's cycles and their own constitutional needs.
As a Continuing Education Provider, Kirsten is committed to deepening practitioners' understanding of yogic philosophy and its therapeutic applications. Her approach weaves together traditional wisdom with modern wellness science, making ancient practices accessible and transformative for contemporary life.
Before dedicating herself to holistic wellness, Kirsten served for nearly two decades in national security. This transition reflects her personal wellness journey and commitment to helping others discover sustainable paths to vitality and balance.
