Lineage/Style
Ana Forrest has created Forrest Yoga as a unique style from a need to heal from childhood trauma, reconnect with spirit and get strong. Native american Ceremony has been woven into her style, and is now completed by aboriginal inspired shamanism from her partner, Jose Calarco.
